EVENTS

Every first Thursday of the month, in cooperation with the French Embassy in Suriname and Guyana and the Collectivité Territoriale de Guyane (CTG), we organize « Rendez-vous avec… » where usually French entrepreneurs come to present their products or services, and where you can ask questions, become a partner, and so on.

Every second Thursday of the month, also in cooperation with the French Emba` privileged to welcome a former French Minister of Justice, Christiane Taubira, as well as Mrs Cynthia McLeod,  daughter of the first President of the Republic of Suriname, among these speakers.

Every third Thursday of the month, we organize our movie nights, where you can come and watch a French (speaking) movie with English or Dutch subtitles.

Every Saturday morning, we also have the « Matinée Françaises » with activities for children and tandem sessions where people can practice their French, Dutch or Sranan Tongo for 30 minutes.

Of course, we also organize other important events, such as Fête de la Musique each year on the 21st June, the French days at the end of October-beginning of November, just to name a few… And all the a.m. events are free!
